- Reservations can be made via 'internet', 'fax' and 'telephone'. To book by phone, please callbetween 11am and 10pm.
- Q2. Can I cancel or change the number of people in my booking?
- Please make sure to call in advance if you wish to cancel. However, last-minute cancellations may be subject to a separate cancellation fee (see * below). Please understand this in advance. If you wish to change the number of people in your party, please call us at least one day before your reservation in order for us to prepare your meal. If the number of guests increases, we may not be able to meet your request due to seat availability. Please understand this in advance.
- Q3. Can I change my appointment time?
- Please contact us in advance and discuss this with the member of staff in charge. If there is another reservation at the requested time, it may not be possible to change it. - Our semi-private box seats can accommodate groups from a few guests up to 20 people. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use them. ※For guests with small children who would like a private room, availability may be possible depending on reservation status, so please feel free to ask
